Ingredients

  • apples (Granny Smith)
  • white sugar
  • flour
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Slice the apples and place them in an unbaked pie shell.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the apples.
  4. Slice the butter and distribute over the top of the pie.
  5. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375°F until the crust is golden brown.
