Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 box instant French vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Cook rice until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Prepare the instant French vanilla pudding according to the box instructions.
  4. Add cinnamon and raisins to the pudding.
  5. Gradually fold in the cooked rice, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Chill the pudding for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
