Ingredients

  • 1 quart green beans, cooked
  • 1 quart tomatoes, cooked
  • 1 pint tomato juice
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a large pot; cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add chopped cabbage to the pot and cook until the cabbage is tender.
  3. Enjoy this soup twice a day to promote weight loss of 5 to 8 pounds per week.
