Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 cup of sugar and coat the bottom and sides of the baking dish.
  2. Mix together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed cream, beaten eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the mixture into the coated baking dish.
  4. Place the dish in a pan of water and bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until the center is firm.
  5. Invert the flan onto a platter to serve.
