Jean'S Cheese Balls

Creamy and savory cheese balls with a tangy blue cheese and dill flavor, perfect as an appetizer or party snack for cheese lovers and entertaining occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • chopped dill weed
  • 1/2 c. softened Blue cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • chopped parsley
  • ground pecans or cashews

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese, shredded Cheddar, milk, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce in a food processor and process until creamy.
  2. Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
  3. Shape the first portion into a smooth ball.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped dill weed or lemon pepper.
