Ingredients

  • 1 package flaky biscuits or 2 cans regular flaky biscuits (10 count)
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Roll the biscuits thin and fill each with apple filling; use 2 tablespoons for Grand biscuits or 1 tablespoon for regular size biscuits.
  2. Place each filled biscuit in a glass dish sprayed with Pam.
  3. In a saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, cinnamon, margarine, and 7-Up.
  4. Pour the boiling mixture over the dumplings.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the dumplings are brown in color.
