Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo (melted butter or margarine)
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Coat peeled and sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Melt oleo (butter or margarine).
  3. Add melted oleo to the coated apples and mix well.
  4. Pour flour and sugar over the apple mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the apple mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
