Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb whitefish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the fish fillets in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper.
  4. Spread the lime mayo mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
