Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless fish
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste and coat them with melted butter.
  2. Roll the coated fillets in bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers until fully covered.
  3. Place the coated fillets on a cookie sheet and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness.
