Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork spareribs
  • 14 oz. Coca-Cola
  • 14 oz. barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces, place in a large pot, and cover with water.
  2. Lightly salt the water and boil the ribs until they are almost fork-tender.
  3. Remove the ribs from the water and place them in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Mix Coca-Cola and barbecue sauce together, then pour the mixture over the ribs.
  5. Cover the pan with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
