Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can fruit pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan and set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients except the fruit pie filling.
  4. Place the fruit pie filling in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Pour the biscuit dough mixture over the fruit.
  6. Do not stir.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the edges turn brown.
  8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
