- Mix in baking mix and milk until dough forms.
- Gently shape into a ball on a surface dusted with baking mix.
- Knead the dough 10 times.
- Roll the dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
