Easy Blender Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 5 Tbsp. hot coffee
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate bits in the blender and pour the very hot coffee over the bits.
  2. Cover the blender and run on high speed for 10 seconds or until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla to the blender.
  4. Cover again and blend on high speed for 5 seconds more.
  5. Fold in the beaten stiff egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Chill before serving.
