Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 17 oz. can English peas, drained
  • 6 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Stir the condensed cream of mushroom soup in a small saucepan over medium heat until smooth; gradually add milk and 1/2 cup of Velveeta cheese.
  2. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the cheese sauce over the drained English peas in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Velveeta cheese over the pea mixture.
  5. Add the crushed Ritz crackers evenly over the top of the ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika over the top.
  7. Bake in a 450°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the mixture is slightly bubbly and heated through.
