  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, drained diced pimiento, drained mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Serve the mixture over hot cooked rice.
