Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, boil chicken in water for 10 to 12 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Layer the cooked chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups together.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the layered chicken.
  5. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions, then layer it on top of the soup and chicken mixture.
  6. Arrange the defrosted and drained broccoli on top of the stuffing layer.
  7. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
