Ingredients

  • 1 whole fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 to 2 envelopes Lipton dry cream of chicken soup
  • chicken bouillon
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the cut-up chicken in salted water until tender.
  2. Debone the chicken and add it back to the broth.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, dry cream of chicken envelopes, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper to the broth.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes or as long as desired.
  5. Add rice about 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Ensure the mixture is very soupy when combined, as it will thicken after a few minutes.
