Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag hash browns
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and melted butter together in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Top the mixture with melted butter and crushed corn flakes.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until bubbly and golden on top.
