Instructions
- Tear cake into small pieces and layer in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Cool slightly and pour over cake; cool for half an hour in refrigerator.
- In small bowl, fold into whipped topping the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Spread mixture over top of pudding.
- Cover and refrigerate.
