Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
  3. Ten minutes before done, remove from oven; top with cheese.
  4. Return to oven until cheese melts.
