Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla at medium speed on an electric mixer.
  2. Gradually add heavy cream; mix well.
  3. Whip until thickened.
  4. Using the back of a spoon, shape into 10 (3 1/2-inch) shells.
  5. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, fill with cherry pie filling.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if desired.
