Ingredients

  • 1 large round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix the steak strips with the dry onion soup mix and place in the crock-pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with water.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the steak in the crock-pot.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Serve over noodles or rice. Optionally, add a can of mushrooms before cooking.
