Easy-Does-It Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 4 potatoes (diced)
  • 2 c. canned Niblets corn with broth
  • 4 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in large pot until golden.
  2. Add potatoes and water.
  3. Cook until softened.
  4. Add corn and broth, milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
