Ingredients

  • 10 Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • sugar
  • oil
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  4. Cut each biscuit into smaller pieces or holes if desired.
  5. Fry the biscuit pieces in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the doughnuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. While still warm, toss the doughnuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
