Ingredients

  • 17 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons soft cream cheese with pineapple
  • 6 cups fresh fruits of your choice, sliced or cut
  • 2/3 cup white grape juice
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Pat the softened sugar cookie dough into two 12-inch greased pizza pans to form the crust.
  2. Press the dough around the rims of the pans to form a standing edge. Prick with a fork.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
