Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • pepper
  • 2 chickens, halved
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine flour and pepper.
  3. Add chicken halves to the bag and shake to coat well.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup until well combined.
  6. Pour half of the mayonnaise-ketchup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, turn the chicken over, and cover with the remaining mayonnaise-ketchup mixture.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
