- Rinse frozen peas and carrots under cold water to separate; drain.
- Mix peas and carrots, drained small onions, mushroom stems and pieces, cooked chicken or turkey, and condensed cream of chicken soup in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top.
- Bake in a 350°F oven until hot and bubbly, about 35 to 40 minutes.
