Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 7 oz. spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
  3. Mix together the salt, black pepper, oregano, dry mustard, and thyme.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the beef and onion mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour tomato juice over the beef mixture.
  6. Add the broken uncooked spaghetti to the skillet.
  7. Press the spaghetti under the juice with a spoon.
  8. Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until the juice is cooked up.
