- Beat margarine and cream cheese together until well blended.
- Stir in flour to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut out circles with a small glass or cookie cutter.
- Place the cutouts on a baking sheet.
- Add a small amount of pie filling in the center of each cutout.
- Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Lightly sift powdered sugar over the cooled kolackies.
