Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the oven.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs to the melted butter and press down to form a crust.
  4. Place coconut, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips in the pan over the crust.
  5. Drizzle Eagle Brand milk evenly over all ingredients.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
