Easy microwave muffins!

Ingredients

  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 chocolate cubes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 whipped cream
  • 1 milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar with butter.
  2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Then beat 3 eggs and sugar.
  4. Add flour and vanilla essence .
  5. mix the egg sugar mixture and the chocolate butter mixture together and add some milk to get the consistency.
  6. Take a spoon, pick some mixture, let it fall.
  7. If it falls like a ribbon, then the mixture is correct.
  8. Now brush the moulds with the butter and pour 3/4 th of the batter in it.
  9. Microwave for 2.5 minutes.
  10. Take out the muffins and frost it with whipped cream and chocolate mixture if u want.
  11. And let it cool for some hours to settle.
