Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 2 boxes date nut bread mix
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 pounds candied fruit
  • 2 cups pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend together eggs, grape juice, and date nut bread mix.
  2. Add raisins and pecans to the mixture.
  3. Stir in candied fruit until well combined.
  4. Grease and line a tube pan or loaf pans with wax paper.
  5. Fill the pans three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 75 to 85 minutes for the tube pan, or about 60 minutes for loaf pans.
