A quick and flavorful no-cook taco dip featuring layers of spicy salsa, creamy cheeses, fresh vegetables, and shredded cheese—perfect for parties and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar picante sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pint container sour cream
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped fine
  • 2 bunches spring onions, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 large package finely shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a large serving dish.
  3. Layer the picante sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add a layer of chopped lettuce on top of the salsa.
  5. Follow with chopped tomatoes, chopped spring onions, and sliced black olives.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Keep the dip cool until ready to serve and serve with chips for dipping.
