Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of an 8 x 10-inch baking dish with the refried beans.
  2. Mix together chopped avocados, sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning to create the second layer.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the beans in the dish.
  4. Top with chopped tomatoes, green onions, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve the dip with taco chips.
