Ingredients

  • 200 g marmalade
  • 100 g butter
  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 100 g chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180.C.
  2. Melt butter & marmalade together in a microwave safe bowl for approx 2 mins on high.
  3. Stir in oats & nuts and press into a 20cm square lined & greased cake pan.
  4. Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden.
