Easy Onion Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. bottled toasted wheat germ (look for it with cereals)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onion rings
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Lightly spray 2 large baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare hot roll mix according to directions, stirring in wheat germ, basil, oregano and garlic with water, egg and margarine.
