Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury lemon cheesecake bar mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Press the Pillsbury lemon cheesecake bar mix into the greased pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes.
