Easy Popovers

- Grease 6 or 8 iron popover pan cups or custard cups.
- Place the custard cups on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Place the popover pan or custard cups in refrigerator to chill.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until the flour is moist and the batter is lumpy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cup about halfway.
- Place the pan in the oven and set the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the popovers are golden brown and puffed.
