Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup minced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced sweet red pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas (7-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced red onion, minced green pepper, minced red pepper, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  2. Place the tortillas on greased baking sheets; spread each with the cheese mixture.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve.
