Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 cup minced red onion ⓘ
- 1/4 cup minced green pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 cup minced sweet red pepper ⓘ
- 3 garlic cloves, minced ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons dried basil ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 4 flour tortillas (7-inch) ⓘ
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced red onion, minced green pepper, minced red pepper, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Place the tortillas on greased baking sheets; spread each with the cheese mixture.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
