Ingredients

  • 4 pie crusts
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • chicken or turkey

Instructions

  1. Cut up enough meat to line the bottom of the pie crusts.
  2. Layer a thin layer of prepared mashed potatoes in the crust.
  3. Add a layer of sweet peas over the mashed potatoes.
  4. Add another layer of mashed potatoes.
  5. Add a layer of sliced carrots.
  6. Top with another layer of mashed potatoes.
  7. Place a pie crust on top of the layered filling.
  8. Spread butter on top of the crust.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
