Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1-1/2 qt. chicken broth
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 3 medium baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large stock pot and sauté chopped onion, crushed garlic, and caraway seeds until the onion is tender.
  2. Add chicken broth, chopped cabbage, sliced potatoes, salt, and pepper to the pot.
