Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables for soup

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground hamburger over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the cooked meat.
  4. Optionally, add chopped onion, garlic, cauliflower, broccoli, or barley for extra flavor and nutrition.
