- In an electric skillet, fry 10 slices of bacon until crispy.
- Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
- Pour about 4 tablespoons of bacon grease into the skillet.
- Place frozen French fries in the skillet and brown them.

- Cover the pan and cook over low heat until fries are browned.
- In a bowl, beat 1 dozen eggs and pour over the browned fries in the skillet.
