Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Betty Crocker 1-step white angel food cake mix
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1 pkg sugar-free raspberry flavored gelatin (8 servings)
  • 2 (10 oz) pkg frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 2 (8 oz) containers raspberry low-fat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Bake and cool the angel food cake as directed on the package for the tube pan.
  2. Tear the cooled cake into approximately 3/4-inch pieces.
  3. Dissolve the raspberry-flavored gelatin in boiling water.
  4. Mix the thawed raspberries with the prepared gelatin.
  5. Layer the cake pieces, raspberry gelatin mixture, and raspberry yogurt in a trifle dish or individual glasses.
  6. Repeat layers as desired and chill before serving.
