Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 - 29 ounce can Hunts Tomato Sauce
  • 2 - 26 ounce cans Kuners Kidney Beans
  • 2 packages McCormick Chili Seasoning
  • 1/2 package McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in an eight-quart pot.
  2. Drain the fat from the beef.
  3. Add undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix, half of the taco seasoning mix, and water to the pot.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
