Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless stew beef
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 bunch carrots, sliced
  • 6 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 c. tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a deep casserole.
  2. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 250°F for 5 hours.
