Easy Stuffed Squash

Instructions
- Prick squash several times with fork.
- Parboil about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; drain and cool. Slice in half.
- Scoop out the meat of the squash onto separate plate.
- Add crumbled bread, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon mixture back into squash boats.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle on paprika to color.
