Ingredients

  • 1 round steak, well beaten
  • 1 can beefy mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. garlic oil
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Heat garlic oil in a pan.
  2. Dredge round steak pieces in seasoned salt, pepper, or other spices.
  3. Brown the steak in hot oil.
  4. Drain excess fat from the pan.
  5. Cover the steak with beefy mushroom soup.
  6. Add water to the pan.
  7. Turn heat to medium-low.
  8. Cover the pan and cook until the steak is tender.
  9. Check fairly often during cooking.
