Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
  • 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef and cook the chopped onion with garlic until tender.
  2. Stir to separate the meat.
  3. Add the condensed beef broth, tomato soup, water, kidney beans, cooked elbow macaroni, chili powder, and vinegar.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
