Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. spiral pasta
  • 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, separated into 1 cup and 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Boil the spiral pasta as directed on the package.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning to the cooked beef. Mix well.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the drained pasta with the sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and the beef mixture. Mix thoroughly.
